California United Bank Makes Private Banking Promotion

California United Bank has promoted Sam Kunianski, Stephen Pihl and William Sloan as executive vice presidents.

Kunianski, who joined the firm in 2006, manages commercial and private banking, while Sloan - who joined in 2005 - is the Santa Clarita Valley regional manager and also leads the firm's real estate lending business.

Meanwhile, Pihl has joined from Premier Commercial Bank, which the firm acquired in July. He now serves as executive vice president of the Orange County market.

California United Bank provides a range of financial services, including credit and deposit products, cash management, and internet banking for businesses, non-profits, entrepreneurs, professionals and high net worth individuals throughout Southern California.

The firm operates out of eight offices in the San Fernando Valley, the Santa Clarita Valley, the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley, Los Angeles, South Bay, Anaheim and Irvine-Newport Beach.
